Refund Policy

At Style Hard, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • Items must include all original tags and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Intimates or underwear

  • Swimwear

  • Accessories (earrings, body jewelry, etc.)

  • Final sale/clearance items

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for:

  • Size changes

  • Same product in a different colour (if available)

If the item you want is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received:

  • A damaged or faulty product, or

  • The wrong item

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos and your order number, and we’ll organise a replacement or a full refund.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Style Hard is not responsible for lost return parcels.
